Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 June 2026Draft for review — this text has not yet been approved by legal counsel and is not a published agreement.
1. The service
Hartia is a document automation platform for legal firms: commercial proposal generation, immigration document packages, branded client intake forms, and an AI inbox module. The service produces documents from data and templates your firm provides; it does not provide legal advice, and your firm remains fully responsible for the content of documents sent to clients.
2. Subscriptions & billing
- Plans are billed monthly: €29/month (Cloud) or €39/month (On-premise).
- One custom branded proposal template and one branded intake form are included. Additional template development is quoted and billed separately.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- On-premise hardware (e.g. a Mac mini) is purchased and owned by you.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to data and branding you put into the platform. We process client personal data only as your processor, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your clients' data.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to produce fraudulent documents, infringe third-party rights, resell access without an agreement with us, or attempt to disrupt the service.
5. Availability & support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. On-premise installations are updated remotely by us; you agree to give reasonable access for maintenance you request.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the legal consequences of documents your firm issues.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
